NEW PATIENT INFORMATION
Heather is currently not accepting new patients. If you specifically need craniosacral, neuromuscular, or lymphatic care you may contact her about being added to the waiting list. She may be able to help you find another therapist meanwhile.
If you're looking for Deep Tissue or Swedish massage, you're in luck. Goshen has several excellent therapists who can offer these services.
All patients will need to be completely free of fragrances. Please avoid all perfumes, colognes, scented deodorants, bodywashes, styling products, etc. for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Even scented laundry products and "natural" essential oils can be problematic.
If you need help to find
fragrance-free products, please ask!
Samples of fragrance-free
products are available for
pickup before your appointment.
Please fill out a health history form prior to your first appointment. You may bring it with you, or scan and email it to horst.cmt@gmail.com.

FAQ
Do I need to undress for a bodywork session?
Lymphatic therapy and Cupping require direct access to skin.
CranioSacral therapy and Positional Release can be done fully clothed.
If you prefer to remain dressed during your bodywork session, please wear or bring stretchy clothing: a t-shirt and yoga pants or athletic shorts.
If you prefer to undress, you will be draped appropriately with a sheet
throughout your session.
Does massage therapy have to hurt to be effective?
Definitely not! Skilled therapists use their knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology in place of brute force.
Does Heather treat pediatric patients?
Yes, infants and children are welcome as patients.
A parent/guardian will need to be present during treatments.
What do I need to bring to a nutrition appointment?
Nutrition patients, please record everything you eat and drink for at least 4 days prior to your session. Please bring that log to your appointment, along with your health history form, and any nutrition lab reports. You will also want to bring any supplements you currently take – not just their names but the actual bottles.
I don't live near Goshen, IN. Can Heather work with me on nutrition and wellness needs?
Yes, Heather offers remote consultations via telephone or video chat.
