HOW TO BE FRAGRANCE-FREE:

1. Read labels!  Discard anything containing Fragrance, Parfum, Propylene Glycol, or

the letters  “benz.”

2. Don't be fooled by marketing terms.  Natural does not mean fragrance-free.  Unscented does not mean fragrance-free.

There is no substitute for reading ingredient labels

3.Laundry: Skip all fabric softeners & dryer sheets. Use only fragrance-free detergent.

4. Avoid or limit essential oils, especially Lavender, Patchouli, Vetiver, & Ylang Ylang.  Other quality essential oils may be used (sparingly!) but never these four offenders.

5. Remember that fragrance chemicals cling to skin, hair, and fabrics.  Scented products do not just wear off, they will need to be removed with a vetted soap or detergent.
